Where we are
Tracking links can stall for a day after a weekend pickup — that usually resolves itself by Monday. Return requests need to reach us within 10 days of delivery, and a damage report needs the unboxing video within 48 hours.

How quickly we reply, and what to send
Email is answered within one working day, Monday to Saturday. Anything that arrives on a Sunday or a public holiday is picked up the next working morning. There is no call centre and no ticket queue — the same person reads the inbox and answers it.
Put your order number in the first line. For a delivery question, that alone is enough. For a return, tell us what is wrong and attach a photograph; for anything that arrived damaged, we need the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery, so start recording before you cut the tape.
